Export Structures Page of the Cost Data Wizard

Use this page to select the fields that contain the work and organizational breakdown structures to be exported.

Field	Description
Activities loaded as Work Packages	Note: This field displays only if you select DOE PARS on the Project and Format page. When this checkbox is selected, Cobra exports the DS03 JSON file by replacing the WBS code assignment on the control account with that of the nearest parent element where the WBS Type is equal to CA. Specifically, the WBS_ID_CA field in the JSON file is populated with the value of its nearest parent element. If the WBS code has multiple parent elements with a WBS Type equal to CA, the process log displays the following message: “WBS ‘XX’ has multiple parent codes with ‘CA’ WBS Type. The immediate/nearest parent code will be used for the WBS Code.” If the WBS code has no parent element with a WBS Type equal to CA, the process log displays the following message: “WBS ‘XX’ has no parent code with ‘CA’ WBS Type. WBS ‘XX’ will be used for the WBS Code.” Note: The selection you made in this checkbox also applies when you run the Cost Data Export process through the API and Cobra Web Service.
WBS	Click to display the Lookup dialog box and select the field to which the WBS is assigned. This field is required.
OBS	Click to display the Lookup dialog box and select the field to which the OBS is assigned. This field is required.
Work Package	Note: This field displays only if you select DOE PARS on the Project and Format page. Click this field to display the Lookup dialog box and select a code field from the list of validated code fields associated to the Wok Package file. This field is required.
Parent code for multiple top level codes	Note: This field displays if you select Deltek Common Data or IPMDAR-Contract Performance Format on the Project and Format page. The value entered in this field will be used as the single top-level element for structures that have multiple top-level elements. The default value is Top, but you can enter a different value in the field. This field is always enabled. The value in this field applies only to structures with multiple top levels.
PARS ID	Note: This field displays only if you select DOE PARS on the Project and Format page. Use this field to specify the mapping of the PARS ID. You can either enter a custom ID or select from a validated list of project codes. Select the Use custom PARS ID checkbox to enter the PARS ID value in the field. Clear the Use custom PARS ID checkbox to display in the field. Click to select an assigned project code from the validated list.
